Preface:

Nature and ecological balance must be taken into account if we want to create a safe future for ourselves and our children. The fate and future of humanity depends on the condition of the Earth, so the new and more beautiful vocabulary can only be created by taking into account green thinking, sustainable development and ecosystems.

We cannot even imagine our everyday lives without mineral oil derivatives. There is no doubt that without mineral oil, humanity would not have been able to reach the current level of technical development. On the other hand, hydrocarbons not only make our lives easier, but in some cases they can cause a lot of annoyance or even disaster. Unfortunately, the human error factor cannot be excluded, but the harmful effects of the consequences can be minimized; indeed, in some cases they can be reduced to zero.

Mineral oil and its derivatives, as well as vegetable oils, play an important role in our everyday life. Be it fuels, lubricants or consumer oils.

The problem starts when the oil spills...

Today, natural and civilizational disasters, as well as environmental pollution, are increasingly threatening the entire biosphere (thus the existence of humanity).

Materials used today for oil leaks

First, take a look at the procedures used so far. The oil that gets into the water - if it does not meet any obstacles - spreads quickly, forming a thin, film-like layer, and then a millimeter-thick oil coating is formed. One liter of oil can pollute up to 600,000 liters of seawater. In the Euro-Maritime Union, sand, perlite and zeolite, as well as solid perlite and perlite are hydrophobicized on the surface of the water, and oil-contaminated minerals are used on solid surfaces to remove oil pollution. However, these are either not suitable for absorption, or are expensive, uneconomical, and irritate the human body, causing harmful side effects when inhaled. Sand is mainly used to remediate oil spills worldwide. However, sand is not suitable for this purpose, as this material does not have any absorbing effect. Spilled oil is "picked up" when the oil adheres to the surface of the particles. For this purpose, even a piece of absorbent fabric is more effective.

What do we use?

SAND - On solid surfaces. It is not suitable for absorption, but only for collection. This is outdated, outdated technology. It is required in large quantities, requires a lot of physical work, and is expensive and difficult to store and destroy. (Its use is not allowed in the EU!)

PERLITE - On solid surfaces. Not suitable for absorption, only collection. It is better than sand because it has a larger surface area, but it also requires a lot of physical work, and it is expensive to use and destroy. (Its use is not allowed in the EU!)

HYDROPHOBIZED PERLIT - It can be used on both solid and water surfaces, it consists of hydrophobized perlite particles that have hydrophobic properties. It is difficult to use on water surfaces and uneconomic due to its price and transport costs (1 kg of oil requires 2.5-3 kg of perlite). Due to its silicon content, it has a strong irritating effect and can have harmful side effects if inhaled.

ZEOLIT - On solid surfaces. It is not suitable for absorption, but only for collection. It is better than sand because it has a larger surface area, but it also requires a lot of physical work. Due to its price and transportation costs, it is uneconomical (1 kg of oil requires 3-5 kg of perlite). Its placement is difficult.

OILCLEAN MINERAL - Can be used on both solid and water surfaces; its active ingredient is a special combination of an enzyme system and 12 oil-decomposing microbial spots. Available in liquid and powder form. It can be used well, especially in case of solid oil pollution; effective, but very expensive (kg / l = 20 EUR).

It is user friendly as it does not require any special clothing or equipment (it behaves like cement and can be used with bare hands). The oil bound in dust can be mechanically removed from the cleaned medium. Exoline® Oil Stop, a revolutionary innovation developed by our company, is a powder-like substance (between 2 and 18 μm in size) that encapsulates hydrocarbon molecules and enters into a direct chemical reaction with the oil. During the reaction, a primary chemical bond is formed (adsorbent) - the concept of the adsorbent: (in contrast to absorbents, it encapsulates the oil and does not release it further) The oil separates from the contaminated surface and the compound solidifies and then turns into granules. are formed, which can be easily removed from the water.

Due to its unique chemical properties, high surface tension and pH value of 12-13 (alkaline), Exoline® Oil Stop is the best and most effective tool for encapsulating and cleaning spilled oil from any surface. Exoline® Oil Stop allows oxygen to pass through the water and allows the gaseous metabolic products that appear in the water during photosynthesis to escape to the atmosphere through the adsorbent.

After the oil contamination has solidified, a plastic-like substance forms from Exoline® Oil Stop. After that, it floats on the surface of the water, so it can be removed from the water using traditional methods. Some of the material (1-6%) may sink, depending on the type of oil and sea waves. After it sinks, it does not release the oil contamination; it has no harmful effect on the environment and sediment is formed from it. The resulting sediment integrates into its environment within a short time and, thanks to the natural ingredients of Exoline® Oil Stop, serves as a source of food for the aquatic population!

Exoline® Oil Stop consists of very small particles (2-18 μm), therefore it is able to penetrate into the small irregularities of the surface and bind the oil particles there to itself, so using only a small amount of water, these bound particles flow to the surface and clean the surface in an efficient and environmentally friendly way. dirty surface, even in the case of difficult-to-clean porous surfaces, for example: concrete, paving stones, floors, etc. and roads contaminated with algae and fungi.

Thus, with its effective oil-binding capacity, the powder absorbs all the oil from the sand during the mixing process, which, when covered with water, after a while, when mixed with Exoline® Oil Stop oil and a lighter, like water, will float to the surface of the water together with the bound oil. It can also be removed by pulling it off. The end result was clean sand and clean water. The skimmed Exoline® Oil Stop can be used until the oil is saturated. The oil-saturated powder obtained as the end product of the processes consists exclusively of natural ingredients, therefore no end product is created that would be harmful to the environment. Thus, the oily end product can even be burned in a thermal power plant, which can be used to obtain energy, but an experiment was also carried out in which the oil itself can also be successfully recovered.

Pour Exoline® Oil Stop on the oil-contaminated surface and after a few minutes simply wipe off the oil absorbed by the dust with a paper towel. Important information! The oil absorbed by Exoline® Oil Stop no longer directly pollutes the environment, because thanks to its (adsorbent) properties, the dust captures the oil and keeps it within itself. Instructions for use:

After removing the upper protective cover (roof), the contents of the storage device are approx. It must be sprinkled on the oil stain from a height of 50-60 cm.
